Former state senator Daniel Biss is running for Mayor of Evanston in the upcoming city elections. Reporter Alex Harrison interviewed him on a wide range of topics, including Evanston wards’ historic disparities, recovering economically from COVID, the city’s relationship with Northwestern University, and the role and direction of the police department in public safety.
